R. Clay Paslay

Paslay started Paslay Management Group in 2006 following a twenty five year career with Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. During his time as an Executive Vice President, Paslay led the successful completion of the Airport’s first major Capital Development Program.

In his current role as President of PMG, Paslay is responsible for serving as the owner’s representative, or advisor, to ensure the appropriate management and organizational strategy is in place, effective management and control processes are in place, appropriate contracting strategy is implemented, schedules are met, budgets are achieved, the owner’s interest is protected and the final completed project meets the owner’s expectations.

Prior to joining DFW Airport, Paslay was Program Manager for Capital Construction Company in Dallas, Texas. He has been Involved in the construction industry since 1974.

Paslay received his Bachelor Degree in Business and Construction Management from the University of Texas at Arlington and completed the Executive Program at Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Paslay is currently a member of the American Association of Airport Executives and Airport Council International. Paslay serves on the Board of Directors for The Learning Center of North Texas and DFW Airport Chaplaincy. His prior community service experience included serving on the Boards of Pantego Christian Academy, The Hill School of Fort Worth, the Downtown Fort Worth Rotary Club, Forum Fort Worth, and Leadership Fort Worth. He is also a member of the Harvard Club of Fort Worth.

Paslay is married to Teresa and they have a daughter and son who are both married.
